WINDOWS USERS - Once you run the app, if you see an image like the one below, please click CANCEL. You will need to accept 2-3 prompts before the technician can control your computer.    
     
   


FOR MAC USERS - please look for the app typically in Finder under Downloads and double click the file which may open a ZIP file where you need to doubleclick the icon again to start the app.  You also need to allow access in System Preferences > Security and Privacy > Privacy where you select ACCESSIBILITY, click the lock in the bottom left and enter your computer password, and put a check by Support-LogMeInRescue.app and SCREEN RECORDING and put a check mark by Support-LogMeInRescue.app.   (See images below)
